As the name implies, I am Grandma. I have 4 Grandkids who will probably be a big part of this blog. I am married 32 years to the love of my life, Joe. He is a self employed carpenter, and has had his business - Valley Home Renovators - for 25 years. We have twin boys who turned 30 in 2011 - I can't believe how fast time is moving!
Joey, eldest by 17 minutes is married 6 years to a wonderful Christian woman, Bethany. They have 2 boys, Noah - 4 and Jayden - 10 months.
Dan, "the younger" is married 8 years, also to a wonderful Christian, Amber. They have 2 children, Gavin - 2 1/2 and Gwendolyn - 2 months, and a Tibetan Spaniel mix named Coco.
Both families live close, so I get to see them often.
Weekdays I spend watching various Grandkids, attending a Bible Study 2 days a week - where I am Treasurer and the "media" person, I have a church Community Group in my home on Wednesday nights for 10 week sessions, and try to have my boys' families for dinner. Weekends I recuperate!
I have been working on a Children's book, but haven't had the time or the oomph to finish it.
I am hoping my blog will be an interesting mix of tips, devotionals, reviews and with the Grandkids comical stories.
